Get SingleKey Report
You’ll be asked to provide the landlord with a single key report. This $25 report will give the landlord all the information they need to make a decision on the successful tenant!
Submit Offer to Lease
If you were contacted after step two, you will then be asked to draft an offer to lease the apartment. This lease agreement will set out the finer details including possession date and details regarding payment.
Upon submission of the lease agreement, the successful tenant will be required to submit a deposit equal to one months rent. A second deposit of the same amount will also be required closer to the closing date.
