One of the truly up-and-coming communities in Sudbury, Minnow Lake features a wonderful natural landscape, a wide variety of homes, and incredible accessibility to any part of the city. 

From a retail perspective, Minnow Lake houses the fantastic Silver Hills shopping complex, featuring box stores, chain restaurants, and the SilverCity Theatre. Minnow Lake also is bounded by the bustling Kingsway, which features many local and big brand stores, auto dealerships, and more. Just a stones throw away from New Sudbury, and the always eclectic Downtown core, Minnow Lake is a shoppers paradise. 

Stretching along Howey/Bancroft drive, you’ll find pockets of charming character homes near the downtown core, affluent waterfront estates on Ramsey Lake, and modern new construction in dynamic subdivisions…literally something for everyone. Although the history of Minnow Lake leads to most of the homes in the community to be 50+ years old, that statistic is rapidly changing, with arguably the most new residential construction taking place in this area.  

Minnow Lake also boasts more than 10 parks, playgrounds, and splash pads, several kilometres of designated bike paths, and the spectacular Moonlight Beach area with its majestic trails and beautiful sandy beach.
